why COFFEE?

The subtle hint of coffee can spark a conversation. It can stop you in your busy tracks along the streetscape to grab that warm cup o' jo. It can be a meeting place for those you know... and those you don't. It can be escape, or it can be the centre of activity. It can ground you, it can lift you up. It can warm you, or cool you (if you add a little ice). People are passionate about it - or against it - but either way it evokes emotion, and I like that.
My first business mentor, Kim Donovan, started off by suggesting we have coffee over dinner to start. It costs less, means more, and can last long as we find it useful. So, here's to coffee. Stick around for a few cups or just join me for your morning coffee.
Coffee truly is more than just a drink—it’s a connection point, a ritual, a comfort. I’ve had some of my best creative ideas over a quiet cup. Pair it with one of the gorgeous Custom Cakes in DFW and you’ve got the perfect recipe for conversation, reflection, or even a spontaneous celebration. Cheers to coffee moments
