You can tell a lot about a person by what they read

My mom told me once that you can lend a friend anything but money or books. Those two, if not returned, my just end the relationship. I was never really into books... until my 30s. Now I'm a little obsessed. I don't read much fiction (1-2 a year tops), but non-fiction piles can be found all over my house with a set of reading glasses at the ready.

What do your books say about you? Here's my stack from the library last summer (remember when you could sign books out in person?). And below is my office bookshelf of favourites - a good combination of marketing, leadership, higher ed management, entrepreneurship and economic development. Odd mix to some, perfect for a place marketing, urban geographer working in higher education.

Your collection sounds like a reflection of a deeply curious and strategic mind! It’s fascinating how our reading shifts with life stages. I’ve found my own interests evolving too—especially toward tools that boost efficiency, like managing healthcare needs with streamlined Refill Scripts.
