Guides and viewbooks have been long-standing publications in higher ed marketing. But grocery store racks aren't the go-to place anymore, and gloss mags show up in your mailboxes every day from brands you don't care about. Which meant that our Con Ed Guides were getting lost in the recycle bins. Using research and customer data we reinvented our Con Ed publications, produced more of them - I know - in a digital world - we did more print, and got creative! And it got noticed.
